About Me
Are you feeling stuck in life? Do you find yourself repeating old patterns? Are you having a hard time feeling and expressing your emotions? Do you want to have a better relationship with yourself and others?
Rather than take a directive approach, I hold strongly to the belief that you are the expert on your life. You know your history better than I do and you can probably understand some of your patterns, emotions, and behaviours already. If you feel like you don’t? Don’t worry, we can talk about it. Together, we can collaborate to gain deep insight into how these factors are interconnected and affecting your current life. I can help you cultivate self-awareness and introspection so you can live an authentic, fulfilling, and meaningful life.
I welcome clients to bring whatever topics to therapy that they feel need attention. Together, we can explore them and better understand how all experiences, the good and the unpleasant, shape who we are and how we show up in life. I may ask you questions that evoke self-reflection and can ultimately help you gain clarity on how you wish to act in response to some of your experiences.
